Cryptocurrency company Terraform Labs told a Delaware bankruptcy judge on
Wednesday the mere fact it could face a ruinous U.S. Securities and
Exchange Commission fine in the future justifies Chapter 11 protection
today, arguing a recent judgment in favor of the regulatory agency attests
to its financial distress.
