The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday left in place a Third Circuit ruling that
plaintiffs must reestablish standing when defendants cause circumstances to
change mid-litigation, ending a Pennsylvania attorney's challenge to the
state's new anti-bias and harassment professional conduct rule.
