A California federal judge has tossed certain fraud-by-omission claims
seeking to hold Meta Platforms CEO Mark Zuckerberg personally liable in
sprawling multidistrict litigation over social media platforms' allegedly
addictive design, but she allowed the plaintiffs to amend their allegations
to assert a new theory of corporate officer liability against Zuckerberg.
