A Los Angeles man is planning a Ninth Circuit appeal after he was found
guilty of trading on privileged information supplied by a childhood friend
who was an analyst at JPMorgan Securities LLC, reasoning that he could not
be guilty because the friend was acquitted at a separate trial.
