The crypto founder known as Richard Heart told a federal judge in Brooklyn
on Tuesday that the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission violated his
and others' free speech rights when it brought a case accusing him of
selling $1 billion worth of unregistered digital asset securities across
his projects and misappropriating customer assets.
