A Nevada federal judge has teed up the Las Vegas Review-Journal and the Las
Vegas Sun for a contentious trial with a decision nixing Review-Journal
antitrust counterclaims, preserving core Sun antitrust claims and holding
the Review-Journal to an agreement to distribute the papers as a single
product.
