thinking on learning rational thiught and behavior after post to
morning spam immediately prior to this one

think8ng of oossibly two oarts — dissociation-like inhibition of
considering reasons, and more invasive-thought-like stimulation of
behaviors without them

i don’t generally consider these two major parts together, at the same time.

- invasive-thought-like stimulation of things without reasons

a really core part here might be guiding and protecting the conscious
inhibition of wrong thoughts and focusing on rational thoughts, so
that its parts aren’t separated and mispurposed to the above two items
opposing it that also use inhibition and encouragement, worsening the
situation in trying to manage it. this also needs carefulness as it
can stimulate my general spasms etc.
