karl news: i have been able to get outside a little bit again. i am
starting to only eat my meals outside. it is hard. i have little
outdoor wim hof ish ice things, very small.

sleeping like a sloth has three issues i would guess at:
- gotta train your head to habe appropriate blood pressure
- gotta do something with your legs so you don’t fall, this would take
too much practice for reasonable safety imo and i would strap them
- gotta manage all that wind exposure. i’m in an area with winter so
you’d eant a lot of layers available around you, a couple sleeping
bags and a windbreak. you’d eant to hang somewhere with existing
windbreaks around you too.

i’m still learning these things, i don9t really know.

hanging upside doen memories get more hazy the longer i don’t do it. i
was compared to a sloth once.
