BREAKING: 3 Charged With Insider Trading On Trump Media Co. Deal

Three investors who backed a Donald Trump acquisition vehicle called
Digital World Acquisition Corp. were charged in Manhattan federal court
Thursday with insider trading, according to an indictment that says they
exploited confidential business information about a Trump media company to
earn $22 million.
