Justices Reject Mob Snitch Case Against NY Restitution Pool

The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday passed on a petition by a mob informant
challenging an appellate court's decision deeming a New York fund that
reimburses victims of thieving lawyers an "arm of the state," and thus
immune from the informant's suit alleging that he was ripped off by a shady
jailhouse lawyer.
