Per the recent meeting, I'm rearchitecting the design and launch
programs to use the blessings library.

Here are the parts of the new construction and launch initialization
routines that I have built:

I have not completed the entire launch process quite yet. We need to
ensure the rocket reaches space, and doesn't get hung up partway
there.
