As you will soon learn, the CR and reverse engineering issue was
investigated by the IGIC as part of the reprisal investigation.
Multiple witnesses from inside the legacy UAP CR program backed
Grusch’s claims under oath. What his lawyers said is irrelevant to the
IG finding.
