Doctor Holds On To Win In Malpractice Suit

An Ohio state appeals court on Friday affirmed a trial victory for a
neurologist in a lawsuit alleging that his negligence led to burns on a
patient's buttocks, saying there was competent and credible evidence
supporting the jury's verdict finding in his favor.
