Oligarch Can Challenge NCA Raid On London Mansion

Russian oligarch Mikhail Fridman was given permission by a court on
Thursday to challenge the National Crime Agency over its raid on his London
mansion as it investigated alleged sanctions evasions, as a judge described
the agency's conduct as "egregious."
