Feds Can't Kill FCA Suit Without Intervening, 11th Circ. Rules

The Eleventh Circuit revived whistleblowers' allegations that federal
officials diverted $2.7 million of hurricane aid for Honduras to a public
agency deemed separate from the Honduran government, citing a high court
ruling requiring federal government intervention before the suit's
dismissal.
