Woman Who Tried To Extort CEO To Go Free After 11 Months

A Manhattan federal judge ordered a Bronx woman who tried to extort an
unnamed CEO to be freed from custody Wednesday, holding that her 11 months
inside what a defense lawyer called Brooklyn's "unbearable" Metropolitan
Detention Center was punishment enough.
