Littler Wants To Review Ex-Firm Atty's Docs In Theft Suit

Littler Mendelson PC told a Texas state judge Thursday that a closer
examination is needed into about 10,000 documents found in the possession
of a former firm attorney facing theft allegations to determine whether the
material is confidential in nature.
