CBDC's would become the rails for things Universal Basic Income (UBI)
and they would have "features" like expiry dates on cash and negative
interest rates.

But more importantly, they would become a kind of full-fledged social
credit system.

We need look no further than Brazil, whose new president has declared
that all recipients of that country's "Bolsa Familia" program which
gives income assistance to the poorest families (millions of them)
will have to be vaccinated, children included - in order to continue
recieving assistance.

(Brazil's CBDC is scheduled to launch next year.)
