X Corp. Claims Hate Speech Watchdog Illegally Scraped Data

X Corp., formerly known as Twitter, sued a hate speech watchdog in
California federal court Monday, alleging it breached contracts and
violated the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act by improperly scraping and
accessing its data to "cherry-pick" tweets supporting the claim that hate
speech runs rampant on the social media platform.
