Insurer Fires Back At Investors In Carbon Credit Scam Suit

The indemnity insurer of now-dissolved law firm Colemans-CTTS LLP has
denied liability for money investors lost in a decade-old carbon credit
scam, arguing that Colemans did not make misrepresentations about the
scheme, and it was not at fault for investors being out of pocket.
