A Manhattan federal judge put off the sentencing of former U.S. Rep.
Stephen Buyer on insider trading charges Monday after Buyer's lawyers from
Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP reported a conflict that apparently went
unnoticed until recent days.
