Also, on Monday your office called to confirm Brody's ashes would be
delivered in one to two weeks.

Today, I received a letter from your office. The letter was the same copy
from the first letter dated April 4, 2023.

As such, this afternoon, I left you a voice message.

Can you kindly confirm when Brody's ashes will be available? Additionally,
can you please confirm who at the NYPD is your primary contact.
