i was working with micro_ft and micro_ift to make their output
identical to np.fft.fft when the np.fft.fftfreq frequencies were
passed in.

i'm thinking now it makes sense to make the highband behavior the same.
basically, it's the np.fft.fftfreq frequencies for the small waveform ...

i'm having trouble making my inverse real microft function match
np.fft.ifft . i have the forward real valued one making the right
output. i haven't yet actually figured out how rfft works, but i know
itshould be pretty simple.  engaging dispersal.
