[ot][spam][crazy] practicing with selenium

[Undiscussed Horrific Abuse, One Victim of Many]

i published a package called 'selenium-clay' to pypi. it does
absolutely nothing ! but it has a little boilerplate around headless
selenium use, made by copy pasting in from other proj. it's a start.
it is at version 0.0.0 .

plan is to find xloem/selenium-clay on github when i have some more
energy to make selenium work for me.

it may not actually be headless. some of headless seleniums need a gui
launched first, to work.
