And what it comes down to in the end is goals. My eternal task I call
"todo list" of enumerating what I want to do, and following through
with it, that seems impossible.

To reach goals reliable, we need to sustain knowledge and holding of
them, and have consistency around the parts of reaching them.

This is similar to these other tasks -- similar problems -- just more
core and basic.
