When I think of problems around generalisation between codebases, I think
of suppression of AI technology.

An AI that can generalise, refactor, and reimplement code in the language
it is written in, can quickly become hyperintelligent.

This is severely slowed in the modern landscape due to the separation
between data and code. The brains of models are data, now.
