These type of announcements may indicate...

1) A break of non-PQC has already occurred,
or is known to be both imminent and foregone.
2) They're trying to push people off still solid non-PQC and
onto exploitable / backdoored / early implementations of PQC.
NIST liked to say ECC was the forever replacement for RSA.
No PQC has undergone any test of both time and time-review multiple.
3) They're churning an industry over for money, research
development, law, political, and other typical purposes.


Whichever way, moving, and compositions of crypto,
are probably much than staying.

And pretty much all of today's cryptocurrencies are fucked, lol.
