ok. reward doesn't go on todo lists, because it happens on its own. we
don't want [scratches out] try hard to stop rewarding things that
aren't intended.

TODO List:
        - heal brain
        - try to stop and reduce anything that could be psychotic,
like 'voice for therapist'
        - connect 'harmoniously' with neighbor neurons both near and
far, using 'reason/feeling-relation/exchange'
        - update all 'relevant' neurons on anything 'relevant' i learn
and form and adjust 'new relevent connections, all the time'
        - worry about not knowing these things already

We resonated the 'worry' and stopped listing.
There were new things there, though. Some seemed quite helpful to
write, others seemed not so helpful, maybe unhelpful.
