There is no doubt that governments all around the world now realize that they cannot rely on the global economic and technological infrastructure. Nations and blocs of nations will need to set up their own infrastructures for banking, cloud computing, internet, semiconductors etc. because they may suddenly find themselves under an economic DDos attack due to their self-defense policies, foreign policies, arms sales, carbon emissions, “gender identity” policies etc.
