i'm currently recovering from a previous use of extra willpower, so 1
and 2 look somewhat unideal.
I have interest in pursuing #1 _without_ expecting success. this could
help for years down the road.

#3 and #4 are mostly engaging my difficulty going outside. i have
another system, and i think i have 'bled' dongles, possibly outside.
i'm not sure. i could also look other places for 'bled' dongles, but
most of the places i would look are outside.  so roughly it's a
different kind of extra willpower.
