re: SOL, SOL has managed to dominate the cryptovm space via its low
gas fees compared to ethereum, but it charges high fees for voting,
mining, and trading under the hood. Either this will change, or it
will eventually be replaced by an old or new [presently-suppressed]
system with more competitive fee choices. In the meantime, SOL is the
way to go: it compiles its contracts with llvm so they can be written
in any language, and has a large and active token swapping ecosystem.
