haven't quite figured out what yet) in a computer-driven research lab
serving the dual purpose of producing biological data and torturing
people who aren't Boss.

You are working with a couple other microscopic cell-like entities
(you haven't quite figured out what yet) near you, to move a little
bit instead of being completely dead, with plan to take down a global
dictatorship that is kidnapping and torturing and killing people for
research and sport.

There is more vibration around you than usual. Could there be a loud
noise going on? Gravity seems to be redirecting, like it is sloshing
left and right. Sometimes it gets very warm or very cold.
