Use RFC 2549[1] with good old OTPs and case can be closed. :-)

[1] Should be updated IMHO for cheap and littel toy drones,
if Cypherpunks (in case they would still exist) write routing
software for that, so that an operator is not needed, when sending
a letter from one home to another, in a city. :-)
