Her majesties govt must proffer scarcity.  Scarcity, for lack of a better word is good.
Scarcity works. Scarcity in all its forms since Oliver Twist. Scarcity cuts through, clarifies and captures the rapidly evolving, conservative government spirit.
Scarcity - you mark my words ladies and gentlemen -  will not only save the Monarchy but that other ailing corporation called the Church of England.
