Some of the Jan 6 defendants w/most secure phones thus far: Zach Alam, who had VERY good opsex, Brandon Fellows, who left a message, "The Founding Fathers would be ashamed of you," and Salvador Sandoval, whose phone FBI still hasn't cracked.

Mehta: It's an unusual conspiracy. Unlike most conspiracies I've come across, allegation they got in a room, communicated regularly, direct. Insofar as POTUS was tweeting, he was tweeting to everyone. This alleged conspiracy very problematic is it doesn't allege direct comms.
