TRUMP aided a criminal conspiracy by failing his oath-of-office

GOP stalwart, Liz Cheney sez Donald Dumbfuck was derelict in his duty on Jan 6 last year.
This clearly had the effect of helping further a criminal conspiracy involving numerous Proud Boys, Alex Jones, Steve Bannon and Roger Stone. 
Criminal cases are also brewing in two states - New York and Georgia - against Trump.
The crime alleged here involves ' depraved indifference ' and might be familiar to Seinfeld fans, if not legal buffs and jailhouse lawyers. In some jurisdictions you may be held liable where you could have helped protect someone, but didn't. 
Similar to criminal negligence, which is better established in law and might even convict Trump in this case. He did swear to ' protect and defend the constitution ".
