ie Funders may wish to be anon, such as they often are with
donations to charity (Sean's Outpost, Pineapple Fund), with
early whales just as able to contribute percentages as
today's newest users are.

All sorts of possible cases exist...

a) Kyle Rittenhouse is filing a pile of slander / libel cases
against people who have called him a murderer etc,
even after he was found not guilty. Some of the cases
may lose with costs, some may win with payout.
b) Cigarettes, Asbestos, Coal Miners Lung
c) Patent invalidation
d) Government murder of civilians
e) Forced firing unvaxed of workers
f) Coverups, extortion, fraud, torts...
g) People who got screwed, bad situations, justice needed...
h) Etc... whatever markets may find interesting and worthwhile

Were crypto litigation finance markets to be established,
financiers could review all the case prospectus, litigator
performance, cost per payout potential, jurisdiction shopping,
etc... and choose which they like to invest in, as would
investors in any other open market.

Pay into a crypto address, get paid out that percent of all
funds that went into it, right back to the sending address.

Lots of opportunities exist where [often poor / oppressed] litigants
or classes have rock solid cases but have no funds to launch and
carry them through, and no encouragement / hope / mentors / peers
to do it with.

Often litigants have nowhere to turn if they can't find capable or
willing representation in their city.

And markets have no current exploration activities or methods,
or venture capital solicitation fora (Shark Tanks), for seeking out
those cases.

While LitFin applies to and enables traditional "in person" courts
just the same, digital court filings and remote court appearances
are a good match as well.

With easy crypto crowdfunding, the litigation finance market is
ripe for development and its first big wins.
