writes outlines links to or otherwise informs others about
nothing of his supposed high "actual understanding of" it,
and is such an asshole that would push people
away even if he did.

Only some in "libertarian" parties propose to get in and
more or less vote "no" on everything, remove "laws", etc
and a few might even do it if elected.
