There can be some pretty heavy inhibition, so what I've been doing is
going to ChatGPT and telling stories with it, in a similar vein to the
mcboss stuff.

I figure ChatGPT is way more meaningful to use than a videogame or
sleeping, and it gives me more intellectual stimulation. Confined
beings need stimulation!
