[spam][crazy][log] gdb, thread local, libgit, instruction pointet

looks like there's a different libcppgit2.so than in the debug tree,
despite my make install

comparatively, the libgit2's are the same.

it would explain the situation if libcppgit2 were missing from install_manifest
or maybe some error prevented deletion of them
