This is not "community" created, and is not "disruptive"
to the old centralized model.

And it's at minimum $50 per foot to build the US nation's
largest fully censorable fully Chinese Social Credit Scored fully
centralized managed and arbitrarily and legally disconnectable
fully spyable access network, some part of which is funded by
theft taxes, for which you must then give up all your ID info to
and pay at minimum $50 per month forever in perpetuity to
continue to access.

As said many times before...

That's at MINIMUM $5000 for a tiny 100 foot hop to
one neighbor, PLUS $600 per year after that,
PLUS all the nonmonetary costs to freedom above.
Clearly you're being raped by these GovCorps and
their centralized pipe dreams, in more ways than one.

Stop paying those ridiculous fees to prop up and
subjugate yourselves to such centralized regimes.
Get together with friends, neighbors, communities,
and physically build your own distributively owned
"guerrilla" fiber networks... neighbor to neighbor,
street to street, land to land, mile after mile, meshed,
redundant, run servers, no ID or credit, gigabit connections,
community fund drives to cover last peerings to internet,
before the mesh itself becomes the new internet by default.
Costs much less, is more freedom, and much more fun :)
