India has told Starlink to stop pre-sales of satellite internet access when it doesn't have a license for the country.
Jim Bell's comment:
Starlink should sell non-local "mobile" service anywhere.  Without bothering with "licenses".
India is a country which 'turns off' Internet for 'political' reasons.
