i daydream nowadays about getting the p2p people to serve their work
on a blockchain like that for a shared community fund, the money from
which is used to grow the p2p network larger.  i am not pursuing that
due to my personal issues.
of course with machine learning it's important to store the history
somewhere cryptographically secure, since hacking it is such a big
thing.

meanwhile https://singularitynet.io/ has been around for some time but
i don't know if anybody is actually using it.  reminds me of when
their agi list was shut down in the 90s because of 'fear of terrorists
building ai'.
