	those are ordinary, FULLY backdoored phones with some stuff like gps receiver allegedly removed and so marginally less toxic. Now, any 'criminakl' worth his salt would make the modifications himself, not buy a 'phone for criminals' on the arpanet. Or he would buy a phone from pine64.org


	Software wise, any 'criminal' worth his salt would use a p2p program like tox, or set up his own server, or even use the pentagon's tor network. The 'criminal' could also add a layer of unbreakable 'military grade' encryption in the form of one time pads. After all the 'criminals' are likely to meet in person and so they don't need piece-of-shit public key crypto.

	In short, as usal, bell's article is a load of crap, misinformation and propagadna, and he provided no useful commentary.
