The above story successfully helped me do very rote behaviors near my goal
of removing the radios from a phone I have for learning with.  I failed to
get a battery for my dremel saw.  I'm trying to practice cutting the
shielding off the radio chips.

I used to always keep such a phone.

A borg simulacrum sat in front of a desktop computer for an online class in
AI alignment.  They turned to a neighboring simulacrum, and, speaking in
patterns copied from videos of their host bodies, spoke:

They turned back to their class and kept reading.
