A vicious code monkey sits among the carnage of their "hello, world" rust
algorithm.  Scattered intergalactic empires lay around them.  Destroyed
skyscrapers, demolished machines.  The power plants have all stopped
running, and the power lines have all been demolished.

The code monkey runs their program:

"Hello, world." says the software program.

The code monkey runs it again.

"Hello, world." says the software program.

All the power lines have come down, nobody is mining galactic warp core
material any more, anywhere in the world.  And somehow this program is
still running.
