here is a bit i made up with my patterns some time ago, to help in
rough times.  i force myself to sing it in a slow gentle caring way,
sometimes.  this is where the word 'nurture' comes in so maybe you
want to replace it with another word, I dunno.  i lost the word i used
to use instead of 'nurture', amnesia issues.
