From the Assange indictment: Is there Extraterritoriality present in the Statutes the Indictment references?

I still don't see any indication that 18 U.S.C. 793 is extraterritorial:  That is apparently necessary for a prosecution for actions taken outside the U.S.
Similarly, I don't see an indication that 18 U.S.C. 371 is extraterritorial.

Nor do I see that 18 U.S.C. 1030 is extraterritorial.
