Look if anarchists liberated the Capitol that would all be fine and dandy - but they were not anarchists. They were Loony-tune liars and conspiracy theorists. Bit like our own Batshit Crazy and Zendy Harkness. Anyway at least a good precedent has been set for shooting them in the throat and killing them.
