The tutorial looks not that great. I'm using google colab notebooks now to play on google's machines at https://colab.research.google.com/ and reading about the T5 transformer model which was the basis for the latest big free model, and is commonly used for translation: https://huggingface.co/docs/transformers/model_doc/t5
